I have been a RN for over 45 years and the Public Health Nurse for the Town of Merrimac for nearly 30 years.

Educational Background :

Graduated from Merrimac Public Schools - Malden Hospital School of Nursing - Saint Joseph's College, Standish, Maine - and am a Masters candidate at Saint Joseph's College.

Hobbies/Interests :

Enjoy Gardening - Crafts and seasonal decorating

Personal Background :

I am divorced with seven grown children (4 boys and 3 girls). Also 6 grandchildren (4 girls and 2 boys). I retired from hospital nursing and shifted to a busy part-time public health position. My late-in-life college experience has created a second career - to make Merrimac a healthier community in which to live. Health education and health promotion is our personal hope for the future as health care continues in a state of flux.
